With over a decade in operations and go-to-market strategy, Adam has led teams from the ground up—first as an Account Executive, then Operations Manager, and ultimately COO at ProspectNow.com, a leading commercial real estate data platform that was acquired in 2022.
Before launching Dialzara in 2023, Adam spent nearly 10 years scaling operations, optimizing sales processes, and driving revenue growth. He also served six years as a Human Intelligence Collector in the California Army National Guard, developing the discipline and analytical skills he brings to building AI-powered business tools.
